HOLIDAY ADAPTOGENIC DRINKS

Hey Beauties there are only two more days left until Christmas and I’m sure many of you are knee deep in wrapping gifts for your loved ones and doing all the things. However, tomorrow is Christmas Eve and it’s a time to wind down with a warm drink in our new holiday PJ’s. Here are a few drinks to enjoy this holiday.

Just in case you’re wondering “what are adaptogens” and “how can they enhance overall wellness” here’s a brief description. Adaptogens are non-toxic plants, usually herbs or roots, that help reduce physical, chemical, or biological stressors in the body.
