Beauties, the holidays are here and although it’s intended to be a joyous time of year, let’s be honest, as Drake noted, things can go from 0 to 100 real quick . Add to that, being in the midst of a global pandemic as we all try to navigate our new normal and attempt to resume our pre-pandemic activities doesn’t help to ease tensions either. However, we encourage our beauties to reserve time to practice some form of selfcare for at least five minutes each day.
